Dr. Deepti Sadhwani along with her husband Dr. Harish Sadhwani are board certified doctors of internal medicine and board certified bariatric physicians. They established Quality Health Center, in Sebastian, FL. in order to provide their patients with a unique experience in health care. Dr. Deepti is expanding the weight loss practice in order to offer her patients the additional care and follow-up that the obesity patient requires.

Dr. Deepti is a leader in promoting the integration of conventional and holistic medicine. A results oriented physician who promotes "wellness as an actively sought goal," Dr. Sadhwani believes in educating her patients. "I want you to be the owner of your own health," she states emphatically.

Years ago, Dr. Deepti noticed the growing obesity problem and began researching ways to help her patients lose weight. Not wanting to depend on medication and the associated side effects, she found great success in educating her patients on the relationship between nutrition and achieving and maintaining wellness. She operates on the old axiom of "let food be your medicine and let medicine be your food".

Dr. Sadhwani is a firm believer in the effectiveness of fish oil in combating a variety of ailments and she even has her own brand of fish oil capsules. Fish oil combined with proper nutrition and exercise have proven to be an effective combination in combating obesity and attaining wellness.
